Business Analytics Manager manages and oversees business analytics projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business initiatives. Utilizes KPIs, business performance data, industry trends, competitor intelligence, and customer information to develop analytical tools, reports, and models across the organization to inform and support decision-making. Being a Business Analytics Manager consults with stakeholders to understand the business model, objectives, issues, and challenges that analytics can support. Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Additionally, Business Analytics Manager builds teams with statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis skills to support the business. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, statistics or a quantitative field. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Business Analytics Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. YOUR ROLE
As an analytics leader you will build strong relationships with various teams across Launch Potato by identifying inefficiencies & opportunities on campaigns, content, messages, and advertisers that promote margin growth. You will become an expert in the KPIs and funnel metrics that make an impact in our ability scale and profitability. You know how to prioritize competing tasks and ad hoc requests from various stakeholders while proactively digging into the data and looking for actionable insights.
In this role you will become the main point of contact for all analysis and deeper insights while building a team. This role will report to the Associate Director of Analytics.

Total Rewards & Compensation
Salary range: $110,000–$165,000
Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. Launch Potato is a performance-driven company, which means once you are hired, future increases will be based on company and personal performance, not annual cost of living adjustments.
