Develops standards and collection processes to support robust analytics and reporting data pipelines. Position Overview: The HR Analytics Manager is a key member of the global Human Resources team, acting as the “right hand” of the CHRO. He/she is primarily responsible for global HR data analytics, providing reporting and actionable insights to support the business and strategic decision-making.
