Struggle Bus Bham is a Pary Bus Service. We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Driver to join our team. As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers to their destinations and communicating with passengers. This is a vital role that requires excellent driving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate our buses (full length school buses and short buses)
- Transport passengers for weddings, football games, bar crawls, birthday parties, concerts, etc.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure passenger safety
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to identify any mechanical issues or safety concerns
- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
- Follow established schedules and adjust routes as necessary to accommodate changes.
Skills:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous experience as a bus driver
- Knowledge of mechanical operations and basic vehicle maintenance
- Familiarity with paratransit or school bus driving procedures is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Strong navigational skills and the ability to follow directions accurately
