JOB DESCRIPTION: The Grounds Supervisor is responsible for the management of all
maintenance activities for Good Counsel’s grounds, gardens, athletic fields, parking lots, storm
water management infrastructure, and stadiums. Responsibilities include planning, organizing,
and directing the day-to-day work programs and grounds crew to ensure an aesthetically
beautiful campus that is clean and accessible for daily operations. Responsibilities also include
coordination of grounds maintenance work activity with other School departments.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Five (5) years’ experience in large scale horticulture, agriculture, nursery or landscaping
organization or company.
• Extensive familiarity with all landscape equipment including but not limited to mowers,
blowers, aerators, shovels, etc.
• Three (3) years’ experience in a supervisory role.
• Ability to obtain Pesticide Applicator License.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
The annual base salary range is $62k - $75k, commensurate with experience. Good Counsel
