Building and Grounds Supervisor jobs in Kalamazoo, MI

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Grounds Crew member. This is a hands-on position that requires physical stamina, a strong attention to detail and surroundings.

Responsibilities:
- Operate rigging ropes and friction device to help lower limbs and wood from trees.
- Operate wood chipper and other necessary equipment.
- Utilize chain saws.
- Perform duties as assigned.
- Clean up and removal of tree debris.
- Maintain regular attendance. - Helps enforce job safety practices
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently.

Qualifications:
- 18 years old minimum
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions - Ability to stand all day and lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
