Carl Black Orlando is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our dealership as a Full-Time Facility & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor. If you are committed to maintaining a safe and clean environment and have a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility is in optimal condition.
• Handle minor repairs and maintenance across the dealership premises, including the showroom, service area, offices, and exterior areas.
• Monitor and address issues related to plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other equipment.
• Keep the dealership grounds tidy and presentable by performing landscaping and outdoor maintenance tasks.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of safety procedures and regulations to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Assist in moving and arranging furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Keep track of inventory and supplies related to maintenance tasks and promptly report any shortages.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience in maintenance and repair work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
