Landscaper Supervisor (Full Time Position) Dover AFB
Position Overview:
Oversees ground maintenance/landscape crews, coordinating workers' efforts to ensure proper maintenance of the grounds and use of equipment under their care.

Responsibilities:
- Supervising all lawn maintenance service activities of the crew and that the crew members are operating safely at all times.
- Safely driving crews to and from work sites, adhering to the Company's safety policy, and ensuring that the public will be safe while in contact with crews.
- A complete inspection of the job site upon completion.
- Ensure that employees are checked into work.
- Responsible for communication with the Account Manager for the job before and after each day of work with regard to the job status and the next day's work assignment.
- Responsible for loading and securing all tools, equipment, and supplies on your assigned vehicle for the next day's tasks prior to leaving and upon returning from job sites.
- Responsible for promptly reporting and proper documentation of all accidents and injuries regardless of the severity of the occurrence so a record has been made for future reference.
- Responsible for making sure equipment and vehicle problems or damage are reported to the Account Manager so repairs can be made to keep the equipment in working order for the next day.
Requirements:
- Must have 5 years experience.
- Must have a current Driver's License with a clean MVR record.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check to work on the base.
- Must be able to perform job responsibilities that require endurance and the ability to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.
- Must be able to lift 30 to 80 pounds.
- Must be legal to work in the U.S.
- Must pass a drug screen.
