Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grounds Maintenance Crew Leader to join our team. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our clients outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on role that requires strong maintenance management skills, familiarity with all different types of landscape equipment, a great attitude, and ability to maintain, and manage various weekly and monthly outdoor maintenance aspects of client properties.

Duties:
- Perform regular maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and safety of outdoor areas
- Mow, trim and maintain lawn and turf areas in order to keep a neat and well-groomed appearance
- Remove weeds, leaves, and debris from landscape beds, walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas
- Conduct routine equipment inspections to identify any potential hazards or maintenance issues
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate landscaping projects
- Provide leadership and supervision to a team of grounds maintenance workers

Experience:
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance or a related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and grounds maintenance equipment
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skill
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
