BUILDING INSPECTOR inspects initial construction and additional repairs to ensure adherence to contract specifications, building ordinances, and zoning laws. May be assigned to residential or commercial structures. Being a BUILDING INSPECTOR may require an advanced degree. Typically reports to supervisor or manager. The BUILDING INSPECTOR works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. To be a BUILDING INSPECTOR typically requires 0-2 years of related experience. Shop Technician

  • Join our growing company and provide technical support to assist with assembling equipment, assessing for quality control and making repairs

    Duties:
    Gain full working knowledge of Inspector Cameras equipment

    Provide comprehensive quality inspections of all equipment prior to shipping to customer

    Become confident in common repair work

    Support administrative staff with troubleshooting with customers in the field

    Ability to work independently

    Be curious and seek out new information

    Commitment to being a team player

    Requirements:
    Specialized training in a related field a plus

    A minimum of 3 years' experience working the field with demonstrated success

    Experience working in a fast-paced shop supporting systems with both mechanical and electrical components

    Willingness to ask questions and prioritize tasks

    Respond to direction and feedback

    Attention to detail is a must

    Demonstrate problem solving skills

    Proven professional reliability

    Professional Customer Service skills

    Ability to take initiative, multi-task and meet deadlines

    Effective written and verbal communication

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
