Job Description OurBuilding and Pest Inspector will be responsible for completing a variety of inspections and tests,then providingaccurate post-inspection reports to our clients.
We are seeking candidates who can : liaise with internal teams and clients for the completion of scheduled inspections, proactively managing your time and travelling between sitescomplete pre-purchase building, pest, dilapidation, depreciation, construction stage inspections and drug residue testing onsiteprovide clear, concise and accurate inspection reports for our clients using the latest digital applicationsbe a voice for the customer, providing an exceptional level of service and careproviding an exceptional level of service and care to our clientsAbout YouWe are seeking qualified Pest and Building Inspectors;
candidates who are Licensed Timber Pest Inspectors or Pest Technicians with significant experience in the building industry and knowledge of the NCC.
As our ideal candidate, you will : have completed Pest Control Certificate with Units 8 & 10 for inspecting and reporting on Termite & Timber Pests (or be willing to complete this)hold a current Drivers Licence and your own transport (and PI & PL Insurance if you're a contractor)demonstrate taking pride in your presentation, having a proactive attitude and an eye for detailhave a proactive attitude withexcellent communication skills and proven customer service experiencebe able to work both in a team and autonomously.
