As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, including menu planning, food production, inventory control, and team management. Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and presentation standards
- Manage food production, ensuring efficiency and consistency in taste and presentation
- Oversee inventory and assist in ordering and monitoring supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all health and safety regulations
- Monitor food costs
- Ensure compliance with all food service regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the restaurant industry
- Strong knowledge of food production techniques, and inventory control
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
