Mujiri Oakland has become a staple affordable Japanese Restaurant in the East Bay and Bay Area. We are a fast pace Japanese restaurant specializing in traditional edomae-style sushi with dine in and take out options. With growing popularity, we are fortunate enough to have been able to open our second location in Hayward. As we grow, we hope to find the right people to join our team.
Looking for a part-time weekday Sushi Chef to join our team. At least one year of experience working in a Japanese Restaurant that serves sushi such as nigiri, sashimi, and basic rolls. Willing to train and teach the right candidate. Work environment is fast pace but relaxed and stress free setting. Pay is depending on experience and will be discussed during interview or upon hiring.
The schedule for this position is Tuesday-Thursday 4:30pm to closing (around 10pm/10:30pm). Must be able to work these days and times listed. There is opportunity to grow within the company as we grow.
