We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our team. As an Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in assisting the General Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant. Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the front-of-house and back-of-house staff
- Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Assist with scheduling and labor management to optimize productivity
- Handle cash handling procedures and maintain accurate financial records
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry, preferably as an Assistant Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of Aloha POS system and other restaurant management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques is a plus
- Proven track record in delivering exceptional customer service
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
