Budgeting Supervisor oversees the review of expenditures and preparation of operating budgets for various departments to ensure conformance to budgetary limits. Facilitates the analysis of overruns/underruns, actual spending and revenue, and prepares a variety of statistical reports. Being a Budgeting Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. We are looking for a full-time Supervisor to add to our Permanency team! All you need is an advanced degree in social work or comparable human service field, OR, a bachelor’s degree in social work or comparable human service field and four years’ experience in direct service or case management and BSRB licensure! We will teach you the rest!
A Day in The Life as a Supervisor
As a supervisor, you will oversee case managers and support workers who work with children and families so children can return to their families or be adopted. Supervisors work with court systems and case managers to ensure families are getting the supports and services they need to help children live happy and healthy lives.
