Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. About the job Create and submit Annual Budget and all weekly/monthly Forecasts to Corporate. Includes updating Latest estimates for Sales and Full P&L monthly forecasts into Anaplan. Create with Managing Director monthly/quarterly Business reviews on business results with commentary on Sales, Profit, Highlights, Initiatives. Business Analytics and planning of Sales and Marketing Program and Promotions development and ROI. Forecast all incentives and promotional plans including Keys impact and Cost. Responsible for producing monthly financial statements for Touchstone and the monthly/quarterly/year-end financial close process to Corporate. Responsible for full accounting function including sales, cost of sales, expenses, inventory, banking, capital, intercompany transactions, accounts payable, sales and use tax, state auditors. Submit year-end tax schedules to Auditors. Calculate and process the weekly and monthly commissions to consultants. Capture and generate year end 1099 income reporting for all consultants. Provide ad-hoc analytics to design promotional.
