The part-time Senior Associate, Budget Manager will be part of the Capacity Team. The Capacity Team's purpose is to proactively and persistently enable business growth through trusted partnerships and client obsession.
This role is an independent partner to the Capacity Lead and Leadership Team, managing all aspects of the department global budget comprising of 500 people around the world. You will be self-directed and highly organized, with the ability to think critically and create financial forecasts and enable our leaders to make the appropriate decisions for our company budget.
Your Impact:
*Manage and track the department's financial information and ensure the operations do not exceed budget limits
*Review budget suggestions and requests
*Partner with the department executive and leaders and recommend suggestions to optimize budget spend
*Design and present budget models - including sub-department level and consolidated department ones
*Design and manage departmental budgeting policies and manage their implementation
*Present budget results to department executive and leaders
*Produce forecasts for budget needs
*Produce work with a high-level of accuracy
Your Skills and Experience:
*3-5 years of experience as a Budget Manager, Budget Analyst, or Bookkeeper
*Part time; ability to work 20-30 hour per week
*Excellent analytical and numeracy skills
*Excellent knowledge of MS Excel
*Able to work remotely and in-office when needed
*High attention to detail, well-organized
*Familiarity with best practices and regulations in accounting and finance
*Ability to present budget and fiscal data in a clear and comprehensive manner

Pay Range: $65,000-$80,000
