Being a Broker Relations Representative troubleshoots all the administrative and specialized issues from brokers and clients. Handles concerns, issues and questions from brokers and customers. Additionally, Broker Relations Representative requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Broker Relations Representative gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities
- Build relationships with sellers and buyers, helping them to market and purchase properties at the right price and under the best terms
- Listen to clients' needs and financial abilities and propose appropriate solutions
- Coordinate negotiation processes, advising clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and other relevant matters
- Promote properties through effective marketing strategies, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Showcase and present properties to potential buyers for viewing and consideration
