Guest Relations Representative Responsibilities:

• Up-Selling when appropriate
• Planning, managing, and executing events
• Client relations and acquisitions
• Customer service
• Responding to client inquiries.
• Attending staff and client meetings.
• Tracking sales and maintaining records
• General administrative support

• Strong work ethic (essential)
• Flexible, eager & willing to learn.
• Outgoing communicator
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual candidates are preferred but Spanish is not required.
• Team player.

Guest Relations Representative Work History and Educational Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is helpful but not essential.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a customer-focused role is desirable.
