WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Calculate and process disbursement calculations for assigned carriers
• Follow up with carriers regarding disbursements structure
• Reconciliation and issuing of disbursement statements
• Reconciliation of deposits
• Basic research and error resolution
• Providing email support relating to disbursements
• Research, audits, and reporting projects as assigned
• Research and respond to broker inquiries either telephonic or centralized e-mail.
• Review applied premium exceptions and process suspended payment transactions.
• Build and implement disbursement contracts and schedules

WHERE YOU'LL BE LOCATED:

In a secure, quiet location with high speed, reliable internet either remotely or in our Wyomissing Office. This position is on a flexible hybrid work schedule. 

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TEAM: 

• Although experience is preferred, we will train the right team member!
• Proven ability to communicate bilingually (English/Spanish) via telephone and written correspondence with an enthusiastic and courteous demeanor. 
• Stellar people & listening skills. 
• Proven reliability, problem solving skills, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient typing skills with minimal error count. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have ability to interpret and apply provisions of the manuals, SPDs, medical terminology and insurance claims.

DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing complex carrier commissions in the insurance industry.
