The ideal candidate is used to working in a fast-paced environment and has been trained in a variety of duties. In this entry-level position, you will be responsible for handling prospective and current customer requests and questions on behalf of our clients. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator capable of providing excellent customer service while adhering to our communication policies.

Customer Relations Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions and provide assistance in order to provide product and service information.
• Attend company meetings and client webinars to learn more about our services, products, and sales promotions.
• Maintain a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and tenacity to outperform standards and expectations.
• Participate in meetings and opportunities for continuous learning to increase sales margins and improve customer satisfaction.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
