Broadcast Technician operates equipment used in broadcasts. Provides maintenance of equipment when necessary. Being a Broadcast Technician may require an associate's degree or its equivalent, as well as 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Broadcast Technician relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.     Available every Wednesday 5:30pm- 7:30pm and Sunday from 9:30am-12:30pm for local Baptist church.

    Broadcast news background a plus.

    Must be familiar, with Black Magic, Lumix and Canon cameras.

    Knowledge of ATEM, preferred.

    Experience with Adobe Pro-presenter.

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a talented and creative Broadcaster to join our team. This team member will assist in all aspects of production from sound, camera, and master control.

    Duties:
    - Control the master control board/ ATEM
    - Operate cameras and audio equipment during filming
    - Use of industry-standard software such as pro-presenter
    - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in broadcasting and video production
    - Manage production schedules and meet deadlines for deliverables
    - Ensure the quality and consistency of the final product

    Skills:
    - Proficient in video production techniques, including camera operation and audio recording
    - Strong knowledge of the ATEM board and pro-presenter
    - Experience with sound engineering
    - Familiarity with film principles and storytelling techniques
    - Ability to shoot and edit high-quality videos independently or as part of a team
    - Excellent communication skills
    - Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

    Job Type: Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 5 per week

    Schedule:

    • Evenings as needed
    • Every weekend
    • Holidays

    Work Location: In person
