Being a Broadcast Technician may require an associate's degree or its equivalent, as well as 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Additionally, Broadcast Technician relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. SUMMARY:
Audiovisual Technician supports operation of our client’s Broadcast Operations Center at the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) located in Washington, DC. The Broadcast Operations Center delivers news, information, training, and employee development programs to all HUD employees nationwide.
The Broadcast Operations Center provides services Monday through Friday between 7:00 am and 6:00 pm; Flexible and compressed work schedules are available. The work hours may be adjusted by the Program Manager based on Department needs and scheduled events.
