SL Jensen is one of the premier construction companies in Omaha. We focus mostly on high-end residential additions, remodels, and new builds. We are looking for skilled masons to join the team. We put an emphasis on people who care about quality and take pride in their work. Our masons must be able to understand the objective and work through issues that can always arise during construction. On the residential side, the projects vary widely and our high-end projects provide detailed work that you can be proud of. We have an experienced crew to help train developing tradesmen.

Responsibilities:

• Install masonry materials to the required specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Operate power tools like drills, saws, and mixers
• Ensure high quality of installed materials
• Build scaffolding
• Make specialty cuts
• Communicate goals to laborers and apprentices
• Take direction from foreman and superintendents

Qualifications:

• Must have masonry experience
• Performs work at a high level and takes ownership of work performed
• Effective communicator
• Strong work ethic
• Has reliable transportation
• Understands the importance of safety

Wage is $22 to $30 per hour based on experience. We offer health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 5 days PTO, and a 401k with a match. The position is 40 hour work weeks with weekly pay.
