Breast Center Manager manages the day-to-day operations of one or more mammography clinics. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the clinic(s). Being a Breast Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Breast Center Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming environment for our patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively, familiar with Advanced MD (EHR) a plus.
Duties
- Greet and welcome patients
- Answer phone calls and make patient appointments
- Check patients in and Check out
- Verify Insurance benefits, obtain Authorization numbers
-Get charts ready for next day
- Schedule Mammograms
1 year medical office experience required. Medical, Dental paid 100% by employer. 401K offered and matched and PTO
