RN Breast Navigator BHC Full Time Days Position Summary
The Breast Care Navigator provides individualized, goal-directed patient care to breast health patients utilizing the principles and practices of the nursing process. Specifically, this position manages comprehensive nursing care for patients whose needs range from simple to complex; organizes and prioritizes nursing care activities considering needs of patient and other staff members; serves as primary contact between patient and family; and delivers safe and effective care and interacts with other members of the healthcare team to achieve desired results. The Breast Care Coordinator consistently models excellence in patient care and contributes to unit leadership.

THE RN BREAST NAVIGATOR FULL TIME DAYS CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS THE FOLLOWING EDUCATION, LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS, AND EXPERIENCE.

Education
Current State of South Carolina nursing license.

• Current BLS certification.
• BSN preferred.

Experience

1. Minimum of two (2) years nursing experience.
