Breast Center Manager jobs in Oregon

Breast Center Manager manages the day-to-day operations of one or more mammography clinics. Responsibilities may include staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and marketing for the clinic(s). Being a Breast Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Breast Center Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. To be a Breast Center Manager typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. Thorough knowledge of functional area and department processes.     Ultrasound Technologist

    Performs ultrasound examinations according to physicians' orders, utilizing a variety of sophisticated ultrasound equipment, taking into account individual patient's special or age-related needs.

    Required Qualifications:

    • Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
    • Board eligible for certification at American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography.
    • Oregon Sonographer upon hire. Or
    • Oregon Sonographer Temporary upon hire.
    • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
    • National Certification from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography within 6 months (180 days) of hire.
    • New graduates must be board eligible and obtain certification (ARDMS) within 6 months of hire.
    • New graduates must have OBMI temporary license and obtain permanent license within 6 months of hire.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 2 years of Clinical experience in diagnostic ultrasound.
    • 2 years of OBGYN sonography experience for 612-71875, 612-71877, 612-71878, 612-71882, 612-71883, 612-71884
