Being a Breast Center Manager may require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a director. The Breast Center Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily Management. Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations/activities of an administrative support group or unit within a department; regularly contribute in a variety of department planning, forecasting and budgetary processes, workflows and department performance goals
Leadership. Orient, train and mentor team members on office operations, equipment utilization and all related work processes, systems, practices, policies, procedures and regulations; track and manage group performance and keep management informed of work status, progress against performance initiatives and of any issues or events that may occur; participate in the interviewing and hiring process; evaluates employees, give performance reviews and recommend HR actions
Database Management. Manage various departmental database, business tracking or reporting systems; oversee completion of scheduled or special analyses, or reports that aid management in the conduct of business matters
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: S - Sedentary Work - Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.
PAY RANGE: $55,500.00 - $65,000.00
