The Breast Center Manager supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions.     Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Oversee and continually improve all operational aspects of running a healthcare center focused on serving a pediatric population
    • Lead a large, high-performing team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and Case Managers
    • Promote a servant leadership culture that serves, supports, and empowers all team members to build self-confidence, decision-making abilities, and collaboration skills in others
    • Maintain a high-energy, positive environment where behaviors that support patient-centric service are consistently demonstrated
    • Attract, hire, train, coach, develop and retain a diverse team of top talent
    • Create an inclusive environment where everyone (team members, patients, and caretakers) feels safe, welcome, and is treated with respect
    • Properly manage and maintain the center’s operational budget
    • Drive operational metrics by developing action plans
    • Directly responsible for the cleanliness, maintenance, sanitation, and organization of the center
    • Utilizes financial reports to identify and address trends and issues in center performance
    • Forecasting/adjusting payroll and scheduling team members to maximize productivity and workload
    • Modeling a culture of open, honest communication by sharing relevant company strategies and messaging
    • Supporting continuous improvement by implementing company programs and influencing adoption

    Profile of an Ideal Candidate

    • High School Diploma or equivalent; however, a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
    • At least two years of previous leadership experience with demonstrated success in attracting, building, and leading highly-engaged and high-performing teams
    • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks with moving parts
    • Ability to react under pressure, use good judgment in ambiguous situations, and be flexible/adaptable
    • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
    • Experience with attracting, developing, and motivating top talent, swiftly adapting to change and leading others through change, developing collaborative relationships with others, and leading and influencing
    • Success with driving sales, interpreting reporting data, managing payroll budgets, and controlling expense
    • Innovative and creative problem solver with a servant leadership style and strong growth mindset
    • Develop effective working relationships with team members, identifying individual motivation factors and providing clear, constructive feedback to reinforce/improve performance
    • Proficiency in MS Office
