Bedford Breast Center seeks a friendly, outgoing, well-organized scheduler to join our incredible team. This role is responsible for answering phones, scheduling patient appointments, some front desk coverage and helping maintain an on-time schedule as well as meeting metrics. Experience in a medical practice and a polished, professional appearance required. Prior management experience preferred.

Top candidates are compassionate, warm, and enjoy working as a team, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, competency in MS Office, and a friendly demeanor. Experience in high-end sales strong preferred.

Client Relations Specialist - Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills, top-notch organizational skills
• Microsoft Office
• Two years of customer service experience
• Medical Office experience required

Client Relations Specialist - Core responsibilities include:

• Answer phones in a professional manner, routing calls as necessary
• Schedule and confirm appointments, verify insurances, balances, collect payments and balances owed
• Provide excellent customer service
• Mail: processing, separating, distributing
• Sales (ability to get new patient callers to schedule a consult)
• Scanning and filing of documents, images, and records, CD downloads
• Provide accurate information in-person and via texting system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
