Branch Service Representative jobs in Rhode Island

Shoreham Bank, formerly Home Loan Investment Bank, is seeking teller/branch representatives in our retail banking branches. Full-time position with generous benefits package. This position is based primarily in our Providence, RI branch but does require the availability to work in our Warwick, RI branches when necessary. Candidates must also be available to work one Saturday per month (or more if proper coverage is needed) on a rotating schedule.

The Branch Representative will be expected to:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Acquire and retain customer relationships by providing solutions to meet customer needs.
• Adhere to all bank operational policies and procedures.
• Assist customers with account related requests including Certificate of Deposits & Individual Retirement Accounts.
• Process and complete customer forms and documentation including IRA transfers, stop payments, ATM card applications, etc.
• Research and resolve customer inquiries for all banking services.
