Responsibilities:

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably as a branch manager or similar position
- Strong understanding of retail math and financial management principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and employees at all levels
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions based on findings
