Division Manager
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Division Manager to oversee all operations for our Phoenix Arizona branch. As Division Manager, you will take responsibility for managing sales, services, construction, inventory, finances, and personnel for your division.
In this role you will:
· Hold full fiscal accountability for financial performance and profitability of the branch location.
· Set and implement short – and long-term strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and productivity.
· Lead and develop the team of employees including service technicians, construction, sales representatives, and office staff.
· Oversee customer satisfaction at the branch.
· Grow new and existing customer accounts.
· Participate in construction job openings and planning.
· Recruit, hire, manage performance of, and determine retention of branch personnel.
· Ensure branch personnel strictly follow corporate policies and standards pertaining to safety, conduct, and job duties.
· Provide estimates and bids for prospective projects and contracts.
· Oversee upkeep, maintenance, and functionality of branch vehicles, equipment, and facilities.
· Monitor and optimize inventory levels and turnover rate.
· Manage accounts receivable collections and client payment cycles.
Requirements:
· 5 years' experience managing a division or branch.
· Proven leadership ability.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship building skills.
· Keen business insight with a demonstrated capacity to effectively oversee financials, control costs, analyze statements, manage budgets, and make sound decisions that positively impact the bottom line.
· Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to client sites when required.
