STATE PROFILE SUMMARY:
Under supervision, provides entry level professional support in one or more of the following areas: OMAT, maintenance, construction, intermodal, planning, utilities, surveying, environmental and traffic.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

STATE ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor's degree in a related field
· OR Associate degree’s in a related field
· OR One year of experience at position equivalent
AGENCY SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
· Possesses a Quality Control Technician Level 1 Certification.
· Possesses a valid Georgia Driver's License
· Experience in asphalt materials sampling and testing, policies, and procedures for material acceptance testing and/or material specification requirements.
· Experience using computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel to communicate pertinent information.
· Possess a high level of commitment toward work, providing quality customer service and a high standard of ethical conduct.
· Experience communicating and interacting with co-workers, and external customers in a professional manner.
AGENCY PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· Possesses a Quality Control Technician Level 2 Certification.
· Experience using AASHTOWare and GDOT 411 for entering and retrieving data.
