We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team at Branch Hill Coffee Shop in Loveland Ohio.

Qualifications:

• Experience in marketing, advertising, or communications, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and content management systems
• Analytical skills to track and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Not only digitally, but hands on creativity and innovation to develop effective marketing strategies and campaigns,
• Adequate writing and verbal communication skills to create compelling marketing content and engage with customers.

Event Marketing:

• Identify relevant events, trade shows, and expos where the cafe can participate to reach new audiences and promote its products.
• Coordinate logistics for attending events, including booth setup, signage, promotional materials, and staffing.
• Engage with event attendees, provide samples or tastings of the cafe's offerings, and distribute promotional materials to generate interest and drive traffic to the cafe.
• Follow up with leads and contacts obtained at events to nurture relationships and encourage repeat visits to the cafe.

Social Media Management:

• Create visually appealing content for Facebook and Instagram, highlighting menu items, promotions, and cafe ambiance
• Develop a content calendar to ensure consistent and engaging posts that showcase the cafe's products, ambiance, and special offers.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback, inquiries, and opportunities to engage with followers.
• Utilize analytics tools to track key performance metrics and adjust social media strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement.
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase the cafe's online visibility and engagement.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around the cafe's brand.

Community Engagement:

• Establish and nurture relationships with local community organizations and businesses to increase awareness of the cafe.
• Collaborate with community partners on joint promotions, events, and initiatives to drive foot traffic and build brand loyalty.
• Participate in community events, festivals, and markets to represent the cafe and foster connections with potential customers.
• Seek out sponsorship opportunities and partnerships with community organizations to support local causes and enhance the cafe's reputation as a community-minded business.
