Branch Review Specialist conducts branch internal audits to determine whether business controls are sufficient and effectively executed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Tests established procedures to ensure operational efficiency within branch offices. Being a Branch Review Specialist determines whether branches are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or business control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies, and procedures. Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Review Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Insurance Review Specialist (Refund Plus) – Dakota Dunes, SD
Agility 360 is searching for passionate and detail-oriented Insurance Review Specialist (Refund Plus) for an on-site role in Dakota Dunes, SD with a growing client. This is a contract role for a project that is expected to last around 3 months but could be extended based on the company’s needs. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with auto-related lending, insurance, or finance.Job Duties:
- Closely review automotive loans / insurance contracts for coverage amounts and policy terms
- Identify and validate notices, premiums, policies and claims
- Confirm accuracy, correct errors and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Research loan agreements
- Setting up loan files
- Accurately inputting and recording data into software
- Basic understanding of computer systems, comfortable working with dual monitors
- Conduct follow ups with dealers/providers via outbound calls, letter and email in a professional manner
- Other duties that may be assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience reviewing insurance documentation and contracts
- Strong customer service focus or previous customer service experience required
- Strong data entry skills, 45 WPM
- Ability to quickly learn new systems and software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage multiple support functions
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Access to reliable transportation
- Contract position, expected to last 90 days (or longer)
- Location: Dakota Dunes, SD (in office, 5 days a week)
- Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST
- Pay rate: $17/hr
- Employment consideration is contingent on passing a background check
