Branch Review Specialist conducts branch internal audits to determine whether business controls are sufficient and effectively executed in accordance with bank policies and procedures. Tests established procedures to ensure operational efficiency within branch offices. Being a Branch Review Specialist determines whether branches are performing their planning, accounting, custodial, or business control activities in compliance with management instructions, policies, and procedures. Evaluates functions and activities in assigned areas to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy of systems to achieve established objectives. Additionally, Branch Review Specialist recommends corrective actions and improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Branch Review Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function.     What You’ll Do:

    We are seeking a Product Specialist with a strong background in healthcare and technology. This role involves using online tools for training and virtual and in-person product demonstrations to onboard and support clients.

    We expect you to:

    • Deliver live webinars, interactive online training sessions, and one-on-one coaching to train and onboard clients on our healthcare solutions.
    • Develop and maintain engaging training materials and documentation.
    • Perform product demonstrations for potential clients and provide ongoing customer support and training.
    • Troubleshoot and provide technical support for customers and users, working closely with developers and product managers to resolve issues.
    • Stay updated on the latest healthcare technology and trends to improve our solutions and training materials continuously.
    • Collaborate with IT, product and project management, as well as sales and marketing teams for cohesive product knowledge and effective implementation.
    • Occasionally travel for in-person training sessions, client meetings, and professional development opportunities.

    Who You are:

    The successful candidate will have experience in healthcare, public health, social work, or related fields, with a keen understanding of either Social Determinants of Health, Health Equity, or Population Health.

    Our requirements for this role:

    • 3 – 5 years of experience in a related field, with preference for candidates experienced in working with online products within the sectors of healthcare, public health, social work, medical care, community health, or population health.
    • Proven technical acumen with the ability to troubleshoot and provide support for online workflow solutions and databases.
    • Strong background in creating and delivering training programs, with an ability to engage a diverse audience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
    • Familiarity with healthcare technology, data analysis tools, and EHR systems is a plus.
