Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the proper functioning of our facilities and equipment. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment to identify any issues or potential problems
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks, such as lubricating parts, cleaning equipment, and replacing worn-out components
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, Led Signs and Lighting
- Diagnose malfunctions using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment

- We are seeking an individual who can run a bucket truck or has the ability to keep a Service Truck and a bucket truck at there residence. Job will require a lot of driving so Clean Driving record is a must! Cell Phone provided as we check in and out of calls by app. This work is on gas Stations and Fast Food Restaurants. You must be mechanically inclined and willing to tackle any problem that arrises. We are a Family owned and run Company with 15 years in the Fue Service industry.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and industrial mechanics
- Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions
- Proficient in using precision measuring instruments and diagnostic equipment
- Excellent mechanical knowledge and aptitude
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license

Preferred Skills:
- Technical sales experience in the field of maintenance or industrial equipment
- Experience working with high voltage systems
