Position Summary: Manages all aspects of the Main Office teller line, drive-up branch, and safe deposit box area, including scheduling, to ensure quality customer service is provided. Manages, coaches, and provides performance feedback to teller staff to ensure effective performance, excellent service, and strong employee engagement. Interacts with customers to process teller transactions and open new accounts and/or maintain all types of Bank deposit products and services, while demonstrating exceptional customer service.
