    Duties:
    - Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling incoming/outgoing mail
    - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    - Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
    - Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow
    - Supervise and train office staff to ensure high performance and productivity

    Skills:
    - Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
    - Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
    - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
    - Experience with finance management software or tools
    - Previous experience in front desk or administrative roles
    - Ability to effectively communicate with a team and delegate tasks
    - Strong problem-solving abilities
