Location: New Orleans, Louisiana
Salary: Based on experience with commission.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to lead our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations of the branch, including hiring staff, heading the onboarding and staff training process, building rapport with customers and the community, creating and implementing strategies to improve productivity and sales performance in efforts to achieve the financial targets of the branch.
Responsibilities:
- Direct all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration, and sales.
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans.
- Meet goals and metrics.
- Manage budget and allocate funds appropriately.
- Bring out the best of branch's personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
- Share knowledge with other branches and headquarters on effective practices, competitive intelligence, business opportunities, and needs.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations/applicable laws.
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in a staffing managerial role
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Knowledge of marine, industrial, staffing, and recruiting industries.
