Position Overview : The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations, including sales, customer service, team management, and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities :
Team Leadership and Development :
- Lead, coach, and mentor branch staff to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support employee development and career growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Sales and Business Development :
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with clients and prospects, and expand market share.
- Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data and trends, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize sales effectiveness.
Customer Service and Relationship Management :
- Ensure exceptional customer service delivery and customer satisfaction levels are maintained.
- Build strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to understand their needs and preferences.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties.
Operational Excellence :
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including inventory management, facilities maintenance, and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Optimize operational processes and workflows to enhance efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and quality control measures.
Financial Management :
- Manage branch budgets, expenses, and financial performance to achieve profitability targets.
- Analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase profitability and reduce costs.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, pricing strategies, and credit and collections activities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
- 1 years of experience in branch management, sales leadership, or related roles within the mention industry or sector .
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, achieving performance targets, and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer relationship management abilities.
