Branch Manager - Insurance manages the daily activities of the branch office, with duties such as insurance claim processing (home, auto, life, mortgage, etc.), marketing, auditing, loss prevention, and underwriting. Hires, trains, and monitors the performance of new insurance agents. Responsibilities
- Create insurance quotes, shop renewals, and assist with policy changes.
- Build relationships with clients via warm leads and retention.
- Answer client questions, problem solve, and follow up.
- Issue insurance documentation and assist with payments.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License Preferred.
- 3 years Insurance Customer Service experience preferred.
- Strong computer and technical proficiency.
- A positive team player who is self motivated.
