Being a Branch Management Trainee training incorporates multiple areas of banking, including sales, lending, systems operations, staff administration, and business development. Develops broad knowledge and understanding of bank products and policies. Additionally, Branch Management Trainee requires a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Management trainees will be given a direct mentor in addition to handling our clients' products to assist in coaching them on the operational aspects of maintaining our firm, such as managing human resources, client interactions, profit and loss, and team management.
Responsibilities:
Learn how to manage in-store marketing campaigns for our clients
Learn how to develop and train entry-level representatives
Communicate our clients' promotions and products to their customers in a retail setting
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and concerns in a retail setting
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our clients' evolving products and services
Qualifications:
2-year or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields a PLUS
Ability to build rapport with clients
Self-motivated
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
