The Dispensary Fulfillment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day fulfillment of online ordering and inventory management, including aiding the Sr. Retail Manager in meeting & exceeding patron’s expectations for quality & service and cash handling. The main responsibilities of the Dispensary Fulfillment Supervisor include accountability for accurately utilizing state NJMMP site, Metric and BioTrack Point-Of-Sales system, oversight of all online ordering fulfillment; troubleshooting patient related discrepancies; and maintaining a smooth flow of operation on a daily basis.
Duties/Responsibilities

Understanding of company’s rules and CRC regulations

Maintain member records in compliance with State law and Company policy

Monitors dispensary for a variety of factors including but not limited to oversight & management of online ordering platforms, quality of service, & inventory change

Opening keyholder responsibilities for store opening

Maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility
Online Ordering

Working with our IHeartJane software to monitor all incoming orders from our online shopping website for adult use and medical patrons

Verify price is accurate to the online shopping cart receipt; Stapling receipt to the correct patient bag and moving bag to pick up area

Oversight of loyalty programs, correct application of discounts in patron’s transactions

Verifying valid allotments for all medical orders; Decline any orders with invalid patient numbers or invalid allotments

Accurately pull product for each order placed based on online cart request while adding any requested discounts and promotional items, fulfilling ancillary product orders
Fulfillment

Maintains inventory of supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for the packaging and shipment of dispensary order

Assists with daily vault count checks and balances during the fulfillment cycle

Working in conjunction with Inventory Specialist to audit accurate count of daily inventory count; providing necessary documentation for any reconciliation needed/ discrepancies found

Education Requirements & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent

2 years’ experience in cannabis industry; additional experience in a supervisor or managerial role

Computer & equipment operations necessary for running an office/retail center (POS systems; Word; Excel; office equipment such as copiers/telephone systems)

Familiarity with history and varieties of medical marijuana preferred but not required
