Job Overview:
We are seeking a Booth Experience Manager to join our team. The Booth Experience Manager will be responsible for overseeing our photo booth events and ensuring exceptional customer service is provided to our clients onsite. This role requires an outgoing and engaging personality, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Onsite execution of a modern, luxury photo booth experience servicing high profile clientele at weddings, galas, and corporate events. You'll be in a customer facing role responsible for helping to capture timeless memories with photos and other media!
- Coordinate with onsite event partners to ensure smooth logistical execution and form partnerships with vendors and venues
- Engage with clients to provide a fun and memorable experience. You MUST love a good selfie and have a passion for photos, however no formal photography experience is required.
- Handle any tech or logistical issues that arise onsite ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. The ability to pivot and problem solve independently is a must!
- Uphold professionalism and high communication standards with clients, vendors, and other partners at all times.
Requirements:
- Ability to work most weekend nights, with occasional weekday availability.
- Experience in customer service or hospitality. Demonstrated experience in the event industry is preferred, but not required.
- Ability to effectively handle difficult situations with event guests or vendors.
- Travel within metro Detroit (Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb county) is required. Our office is located in Bloomfield Hills and travel to this location before and/or after events will be required.
- Valid drivers license and a clean background check.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds of equipment into your vehicle.
- Ability to commit to at least 2 events per month. You'll have access to our event schedule and be able to choose your own schedule.
