Position Summary:

Responsibilities include implementing loyalty programs, assisting guests, spearhead direct marketing initiatives, promote special events and promotions, stocking marketing inventory, and work with team members to achieve goals.

9. Exceptional People Skills: Display exceptional interpersonal skills, projecting a confident and mature presence.

10. Inventory Management: Take charge of stocking inventory to keep things running smoothly.

11. Problem Solving:Resolve issues within your authority andrecommend solutions for those that require higher-level attention.

Position Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent, plus one year of customer service experience. Other combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

· Professional demeanor and strong communication skills are essential.

· Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where concentration is key.

· Willing and able to obtain and maintainall necessary licenses, certifications, and qualifications.

· Committed to meeting or exceeding all regulatory conditions for this role.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to work in an environment exposed to secondhand smoke, moderate to loud noise levels, and varied light levels, including flashing lights.

Ability to stand, walk, bend for entire shift.
