DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Assist Slot Supervisor in guest service and public relations on the slot floor. Answering general questions about machine play, identifies and refers problems or complaints to immediate supervisor. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Provide quality Guest Service. 2. Corrects bill acceptor jams. 3. Completes hand pays and jackpot pays. 4. Resolves minor guest disputes. 5. Follows all policies and procedures. 6. Keeps the Casino clean. 7. Assist Slot Supervisor and above with special projects and assignments. 8. Completes other duties as directed by Slot Supervisor. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION:
High School Diploma / G.E.D but not required.
EXPERIENCE:
One-year experience as a Slot Attendant or satisfactory completion of Sac & Fox Slot Attendant Training course.
Cash handling experience preferred. KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY/SKILLS:
Must be able to perform simple mathematical computations and write legible.
Personable, guest oriented, work well with public.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Must be 18 at time of hire.
All employees must successfully pass a background investigation to be employed by the Casino.
