Position Title: Fee Booth Attendant Department: Guest Services
Salary Range: $14.50 - $16.00 Reports to: Guest Services Manager

POSITION SUMMARY
The Fee Booth Attendant is responsible for greeting visitors, customers, staff, and other vendors, collecting fees, providing information about marina facilities, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all park and marina visitors. This position requires excellent communication skills, customer services skills, the ability to handle cash and operate a cash register, and a friendly demeanor.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with visitors, staff, and other vendors of the marina in a professional and friendly manner. Minimum of eighteen (18) years of age. Comfortable with basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems or cash registers preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required. Ability to learn marina and recreational park rules and regulations. Ability to stand for extended periods of time and work in outdoor weather conditions.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in customer service and cash handling preferred.

ENGLISH PROFICIENCY
It is important that the incumbent be able to communicate effectively in English including speaking, understanding, reading, and writing for the purpose of general interactions with staff, guests and customers. Additional linguistic proficiency is welcomed and encouraged, but not required for the performance of the position.
