We are looking for several motivated individuals to become Bookstore Suport Staff and to provide customers with excellent service as they shop with us. The basic responsibilities include cashier work, customer service interactions, pulling customer textbook and merchandise orders, processing in-store and e-commerce orders, cleaning duties, receiving and processing merchandise, stocking the sales floor and bookshelves. Ultimately, the Bookstore Support Staff's responsibilities are to increase sales and ensure customer satisfaction by building relationships with our customers.
