Job Description:

Equipment to be used :

• Computer/multi-line telephone, cash register, credit card machine, copier.

Computer Software:

• Microsoft Suite

Knowledge, skills, education, and/or experience:

• Demonstrated advanced level skill using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access).
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet stringent deadlines and to work well independently.
• Knowledge of Cashier policies and procedures
• Demonstrated Accounts Receivable knowledge
• Demonstrated Payroll experience
• Maintaining confidentiality of work-related information and materials

Desired skills:

• Experience in finance, bookkeeping, or accounting or equivalent education and experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Duties include: performing cashiering, preparing invoices, processing payroll for contract instructors, invoicing and posting to student accounts, and processing other payments for facility rentals and training services provided. Performs administrative duties in support of Workforce Development.
